Our Internet Banking works best with a modem speed of 56k or higher. Beta versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator are not supported on any operating system. In order to use Internet Banking Internet Explorer 5.5 or above are required to view First Intercontinental Bank Internet Banking pages. If you are using Internet Explorer 5.0 or below version, you need to upgrade your Internet Explorer to 5.5 version or above.

If you get an error like “HTTP ERROR 403” while trying to log on to First Intercontinental Bank Internet Banking, it means that your Internet Explorer or Internet Brower is not supporting the security level of high encryption (128 bit). To resolve this problem, you need to download the High Encryption Pack below for your browser.
To check the version and encryption size of your browser (example: Internet Explorer), go to “Help” and then click “About Internet Explore”. You will see similar screen like below.

If you still have problem logging on to First Intercontinental Bank Internet Banking, please check your SSL Security setup by clicking from the menu “Tools” >> “Internet Options” >> “Advanced” tap and scroll down to see Security options and make sure below two options are checked.
