When we use the words "you" or "your" we mean all consumers who hold deposit accounts or safe deposit boxes, loan accounts, retail installment contracts[when we hold the contract and service it], and/or IRAs[where First intercontinental Bank is the custodian or trustee] with our Bank.
At First Intercontinental Bank we respect your rights of privacy. We collect and retain nonpublic personal information you give us. Nonpublic personal information is information we collect in connection with services and products we provide to you. This information may come from application and similar forms you provide to us, and from transactions you conduct with us. Under some circumstances we will review your transactions with other entities.
We routinely exchange information with consumer reporting agencies. If we verify information with you, we may keep a record of the information verified.
We do not disclose any information about our customers except to the extent authorized by law or traditionally permitted by industry practice. For example, regulatory agencies or consumer reporting agencies may require specific information about your accounts with us.
