Loan Servicing Specialist

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should be able to provide quality loan processing, reviewing files for adherence to underwriting standards and work in a teamwork environment to finish assigned duties timely.

Banking industry and Fiserv system experience is preferred but not required.

Language: Korean (Preferred), Chinese (Preferred), Vietnamese (Preferred)



Job Responsibilities:

Generate and mail monthly loan billing notices & statements

Review loan documents and process new loan bookings in Fiserv system for commercial & SBA 7a loans

Process loan closing items such as loan disbursements, loan fees paid to third-party, recorded deed, UCC search & filing, and title updates

Manage mortgage loan escrow account, including balancing account and processing tax & insurance payments

Provide follow-up review of loan documents to clear exceptions (financial statements, tax returns, hazard insurance, UCC financing statement, title insurance policies, recorded documents)

Maintain collateral items such as UCC continuation and follow up on all outstanding insurance

Process loan payoffs and release of collateral for all paid-off loans

Generate loan related reports including weekly FR2644 Report, monthly 1502 report for SBA 7a & PPP loans

Process SBA loan sale to secondary market

Reconcilement of loan related individual accounts with G/L

Scanning of loan documentation and manage record retention

Answer customer inquiries and resolve routine problems

Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers

Document preparation for regulatory examination
